We generally charge for work on a time costs basis.

Our hourly rates range from £150 per hour to £450 per hour, depending on the seniority of the individual carrying out the work, and the nature of the work carried out.

Some work is undertaken on the basis of fixed fees, but that is only in respect of non-contentious work, where the scope of the work is clear at the outset. 

Finally, in a limited number of matters we are prepared to enter into Conditional Fee Agreements (“no win, no fee” agreements), which is generally restricted to defamation cases.
